Kube club is a 4000 sq.ft. space located in Andheri, Mumbai. The enclosed space has a low height of 9 feet which was a challenge to achieve acoustics and ambience. There was no brief given except for providing as many seating as possible with a large floor space.

Kube club is a 4000 sq.ft. space located in Andheri, Mumbai. The enclosed space has a low height of 9 feet which was a challenge to achieve acoustics and ambience. There was no brief given except for providing as many seating as possible with a large floor space.
The planning started with zoning of spaces maintaining the short list of requirements.
The site being rectangle, an arc was introduced to create a smooth surface opening up the eye of the club; the cut off lobby. This space was a transition from the entrance foyer to the dance floor.
The bar is at one end of the site along with a DJ counter. This bar connects the Kitchen shared by the lounge and the club for ease of services.
The other end of the space is a 2 feet raised seating for the VIP tables. The raised area is a comfortable space for a view of the entire dance floor and the bar and maintains its own privacy. The two ends is connected via the dance floor with wooden flooring and a black Cube panel.
The Club has a state of art lights designed in the format of an equalizer spreading across the ceiling and draping the bar and DJ shell. The walls of the Club are designed as a folded plate forming a Cube with infused mirror in the center reflecting the ceiling and bar light adding the Zing in the space.
The entire space and its light dances to the tunes of the music changing color, ambience and vibes of the floor.
